Reference Number of shipment: enter your Shipment Reference Number.
Description: add any extra shipment details (e.g. invoice no, shipment details, notes).
Confirmation: you’ll get an email once payment is processed.

We accept debit cards only (no credit cards, cash, bank transfer, or PayPal).

Amount: enter the exact amount we provided.

Reference Number of shipment: enter your Shipment Reference Number.

Description: include your Shipment Reference Number again and any extra details (invoice number, container number, booking notes).
What happens next

After a successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation stating your payment has been processed under your Shipment Reference Number. Please keep this for your records.
Who is paying?

Agents abroad: you may use the link to settle invoices we’ve issued to you.
Customers paying at an agent’s request: if your agent asks you to pay us directly using the link, your contract remains with your agent. We accept no liability. Paying Freight Connectors does not transfer control of the shipment to us. Any shipment queries, service issues, or disputes must be raised with your agent first. We’ll act on your agent’s instructions.
Refunds

Refunds (where approved) are returned to the same debit card used for payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to show the funds.

To request a refund, email info@freightcservices.co.uk and include your Shipment Reference Number, amount, date, and reason.

This refund info does not affect your statutory rights (if applicable).

Payments are handled by a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

By paying, you confirm you’re the authorised cardholder and agree to these terms.

We match payments using your Shipment Reference Number. Missing/incorrect references may delay processing.

Payment is on account for the referenced shipment or invoice; it is not a guarantee of service dates, customs clearance, or delivery times. Services remain subject to operational constraints, applicable law, and our standard Terms & Conditions of Service.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English law and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
